Getting started was quick, and support was super patient with all my kinda dumb questions.

I’ve only been using it for my own needs, but so far it seems to have all the features I was looking for. Based on my experience, I’d say it should cover the basics for most people well

I had a small issue with my account and felt disappointed because I wasn’t sure what I had done wrong. I emailed support and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly. They explained everything in normal words instead of sending some copy-paste reply, and they fixed it the same day. I’m glad the support was helpful, but it was still frustrating that I had to deal with the issue in the first place

I use the parent portal mostly to check schedules, and for that it works okay. But when it comes to payments or finding updates, it can feel a bit confusing sometimes. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like it could be laid out more clearly

I thought jackrabbit.com was solid overall. The prices were fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, even if they weren’t the absolute cheapest on every single item. I did find a good deal, shipping seemed reasonable, and the site was easy enough to get around. A few things still felt a little pricey, so I’d give it one star off for that, but I’d definitely check here again next time I’m shopping.

I started using this after getting tired of dealing with tuition payments right when I’m usually trying to make dinner or remember if I moved the laundry over. It makes the whole process so much easier and saves me a lot of time. Nothing fancy to say, just really convenient

The training stuff helped me get going. I watched a few videos, paused, went back, figured things out little by little. They were useful for sure. Only thing is, some of them were kind of hard to find at first.

I got it done fairly quickly without needing to call anyone, which was nice. The site made it obvious what info they needed, and I didn’t run into any problems. I weirdly remember one day sitting there with a cold cup of coffee and a sticky note stuck to my sleeve, trying to figure out who had already been updated, so this is a big improvement.
It’s not overly fancy or complicated, which I actually like. It just does what we need it to do. Parents seem to get updates faster now, and I’m not repeating the same information over and over all week. Overall, I’m happy with it.
